Electronic voting/ Head of OSCE-ODIHR: It was successful

The head of the OSCE-ODIHR mission, Audrey Glover, described the electronic voting as successful.

Despite the problems they face, Glover said they could have been avoided if proper training had been done.

Glover further said that he hopes that in the next election there will be no more problems.

" The entire election procedure is not over yet, we are still waiting for the results and we want to know what will happen in certain cases. But of course I think that electronic voting was successful even though there were difficulties. I understand that the hope and objective is to have an electronic voting process everywhere. In the center of Elbasan, it was completed on time, but in some other places there were difficulties because the relevant trainings were not carried out.
