The head of the OSCE-ODIHR mission, Antony Glover, described the election process as generally good.

As for election day, Glover said it was generally peaceful but there was interference from political parties and there were problems with the secrecy of the vote.

"The CEC has done a generally good job, but in the other commissions below it was broken due to constant replacements. Election Day was generally peaceful but was marred by party interference, procedural interference, group voting, and problems with ballot secrecy.
