There were tensions in two polling centers in Elbasan today.

The police announce that the General Secretary of the DP, as well as the political delegate in Elbasan District, Flamur Noka, has gone to the voting centers of the villages of Kuqan and Shirgjan.

According to the Blues, in Kuqan Noka offended the commissioners, while in Shirgjan he tried to push the boxes and left.

The commissioners did not request the intervention of the police for the tensions, but as soon as the latter was made aware of the incident, they notified the Prosecutor's Office.

"On 14.05.2023, around 5:00 p.m., the Police was informed that in the Voting Centers of Kuqan and Shirgjan villages, the political leader of the coalition "Bashke Fitomje", the FN deputy, entered the VC of Kuqan village and insulted commissioners, while at the voting center in Shirgjan he tried to push the boxes and left. Police intervention was not requested by the commissioners.

Regarding the notification received, the Prosecutor was immediately notified.
