The Sarandë Police Station received notification from citizen O. Sh., observer at Voting Center no. 4731, Xarre, that two citizens had photographed the ballots and then left the Voting Center.

The Crime Investigation Specialists of the Sarandë Police Station have immediately notified the ready prosecutor for this case. The two spouses and the observer have presented themselves at the Prosecutor's Office of Saranda.

Following the actions, the citizen LT, 37 years old, resident of Xarrë, Konsipol, was arrested and the proceedings started in a free state for his wife, citizen E. T(C), for the criminal offense "Violation of the secrecy of the vote".

In the direction of the Prosecutor's Office at the Court of First Instance of the General Jurisdiction of Sarandë, investigative actions are continuing for the full disclosure of the circumstances of this case. /CNA.al
