Celibashi can't vote/"I don't know the exact problem"

The State Commissioner of Elections, Ilirjan Celibashi, has not been able to vote because there was a problem with the electronic equipment in the voting center at the "Martyrs of Freedom" school.

In a statement to the media, he said that the CEC will bring another device since the operator could not solve the problem.

"Unfortunately, we have to replace the device. I don't know the exact problem but maybe during the transport they were connected mechanically, USB, it is an internal problem of the device and the operator cannot solve it himself. We are bringing another device because the operator cannot solve this problem", he said./ CNA.al
