The Foreign Minister of Greece, Olta Xhaçka, reacted after the official statement of the Greek Ministry of Foreign Affairs regarding the imposition of the "prison arrest" measure for the candidate of the "Together We Win" coalition.

In her statement, Xhaçka emphasizes that she does not understand how Greece can oppose the decision of the Vlora court when the evidence clearly shows Beler's criminal activity.

Xhaçka called on the Greek side to refrain from statements that do not respect the country's independent institutions.

"It is almost impossible to understand how our friends ???????? have the right to challenge a court decision in our country, when the hard evidence they sought is very clear. Fredi Beleri has been caught engaging in criminal activity against free and fair elections. We do not understand how being of Greek nationality can exclude him from the law as a citizen of Albania.
