The court leaves Fredi Beleri in prison/ The file for the Himara candidate is handed over to SPAK

A few moments ago, the court of Vlora gave the verdict for Fredi Beleri, the candidate of the "Bashke Fitomje" coalition for Himara, accused of buying and selling votes.

It is learned that the security measure "prison arrest" has been assigned to Beler.

The Vlora court has decided to transfer the case for the opposition candidate to SPAK.

We remind you that Fredi Beleri was arrested yesterday on the charge of "Active corruption in elections", carried out in collaboration. Also, the friend of the opposition candidate, Pandeli Kakoveshi, was put in handcuffs.

Meanwhile, in an official reaction, the CEC announced yesterday that according to the Electoral Code, Beleri continues to be a candidate and his name remains on the ballot./  CNA.al
