Arrestimi i Fredi Belerit/ Ministria e Jashtme greke: Vendimi do ndikojë në rrugën e Shqipërisë drejt BE-së

Ministria e Jashtme greke ka reaguar pas vendimit të Gjykatës së Vlorës për caktimin a masës “arrest me burg” për kandidatin e koalicionit “Bashkë Fitojmë”, Fredi Beleri.

Ministria e Jashtme në një komunikatë zyrtare e ka cilësuar këtë vendim për Bejlerin  si skandaloz dhe ndër të tjera është shprehur se do të ndikojë në marrëdhëniet e Shqipërisë me Bashkimin Europian.

Sipas ministrisë vendime si ky i sotmi shkelin parimet europiane dhe nënkiptojnë se Shqipëriia nuk po ndjek rrugën drejt Europës.

“Vendimi i sotëm i gjykatës së Vlorës, nëse provat nuk janë të pakundërshtueshme, është skandaloz. Arrestimi i një kandidati për Kryetar Bashkie dy ditë para zgjedhjeve nuk përbën shtet ligjor. Vendimi për ndalimin e kandidatit për Kryetar Bashkie sjell një ndryshim të plotë të rregullave të barazisë në zgjedhjet bashkiake në Himarë, qendra më e rëndësishme e pakicës kombëtare greke në Shqipëri.

Një vendim i tillë do të ndikojë edhe në marrëdhëniet e Bashkimit Europian me Shqipërinë, pasi kusht i kësaj rruge europiane është respektimi i rregullave europiane dhe parimeve të shtetit të së drejtës nga vendet kandidate. Vendime si ky i sotmi që shkelin parimet e mësipërme do të thotë se në praktikë Shqipëria nuk po ndjek rrugën europiane”, shkruhet në njoftimin zyrtar./CNA.al
