The coalition "We win together" has reported to SPAK the director of the State Cadastre Agency (ASHK), Dallandyshe Bici.

The "Together We Win" coalition has reported Bici to SPAK, as according to their claims, Bici was distributing legalizations to citizens in exchange for votes.  

According to them, this event happened on the day of election silence.

"The Democratic Party has today criminally reported to SPAK, the director of the State Cadastre Agency (ASHK), Dallandyshe Bici.

From the footage filmed through the television media, it turned out that the director of ASHK in Tirana was involved in a scandal, exactly one day before the May 14 elections. The agency run by Dallandyshe Bici is distributing legalizations to citizens in exchange for votes.

In the ASHK building, a significant part of the citizens secretly entered from the back, the garage, were recorded by journalists.

Asked citizens stated that they went to the institution in question, after being called on the phone by the institution's officials.

We remind you that the incident occurred on the day of election silence.

The Democratic Party, after the verifications and results, came to the conclusion that the above action is a pure criminal offense by the management and employees of the institution.

The Democratic Party calls on the SPAK to register and start a criminal proceeding against the accused persons, as well as to carry out all investigative actions and clarify the above circumstances as accurately as possible", it is written in the statement./ CNA.al
