The criminalistics expert, Ervin Karamuço, has shown which are the hot areas that should be kept under observation on the day of the local elections.

Karamuço in an interview for Euronews Albania mentioned some of the cities with the highest risk.

Among them, according to him, the most important are the city of Elbasan, where victims have also been recorded, but which today does not pose a danger. Other places where incidents may occur are Shkodra, Lezha, Durrësi, Dibra, Kamza, Vora and to some extent Durrësi.

"Elbasani, from all the analyzes that we have, even in the exchange with police sources, is no longer considered a hot, problematic area, but the hot areas are of course through many other indicators, they have to do with the candidates, their connections, the groups that they support, the criminal background, the businessmen who are then connected with the services offered by the municipality and have all the time only those tenders and in the framework of these we also look at the narrow surveys they have," Karamuço said./ CNA . al
