The lawyer Adriana Kalaja has been fined by the Consumer Protection Agency in the Municipality of Tirana, in connection with the damages caused by the citizens during the recent protest against the mayor of the capital, Erion Veliaj.

Kalaja has been fined as a representative of the Theater Protection Alliance, as this group is the organizer of the protests.

The news was announced by the Theater Protection Alliance, which published a photo of the decision, signed by the director of Veliaj, Arli Naska.

In a status on social networks, the Alliance calls the fine against Adriana Kala a revenge of Veliaj, while emphasizing that they are a group of artists and citizens, and not a legal entity as Arli Naska considers.

Dear Supporters, Supporters and Friends of the Alliance for the Protection of the Theatre.

The corrupt, the corrupter and the launderer of the dirty money of the mafia Erion Velia, hatefully follows the revenge against the Alliance for the Protection of the Theater as well as its activist and lawyer.

Today we are informed by the Consumer Protection Agency that an administrative measure has been taken by the specialists of this agency, (the same ones who killed 4 innocent people, after stealing their funds together with Velia) that in the protest of 28.05.2024 they were caused "damage" by the AMT "subject" to the facade of the Municipality of Tirana, asking this "subject" to compensate for the damage caused and punishing this "subject" with a fine!!??? And this fine is billed to the activist and lawyer of AMT, Adriana Kalaja!!!

Why wasn't the damage assessed for the protests made on April 5 or did Veliaj think that we would stop the protests?

First, it is easy to see the plight and embarrassment of the member of the mafia dome, Veliaj and his servants, but we cannot solve them.

Secondly, starting from this great trouble, in an unprecedented rush and haste, they do not receive the minimum of information that AMT is not a legal entity, but a spiritual grouping of artists and free citizens who have decided to stand against the mafia waste concrete representing Veliaj. We have been and are for Tirana at all costs.

After losing the trial in the Constitutional Court, after all the efforts in SPAK, the case cannot be closed, after it has failed in these years with the division of AMT, against the artists and citizens with integrity of the Alliance, now it finds illegal methods such as fines.

In fact, the entire policy of Veliaj at the head of Tirana Municipality is that of fines, but with us Centralists of AMT, he has "left a saw in the nail".

Above all, this action against the activist and lawyer Kalaja, apart from being illegal, comes as a perverse revenge. After she slandered that she was convicted and said in the trial that I did not mention her name, after she gave an order to open a file from the Taulanti Police on the state's narcotics, now she fines her personally.
