The Director General of the State Police, Major Muhamet Rrumbullaku and other senior leaders in the General Directorate, welcomed a delegation with representatives from the Indonesian National Anti-Narcotics Board and the Indonesian Embassy.

The visit aimed to create bridges of cooperation between the 2 agencies, bridges which will serve to attack criminal groups with a wide global reach, dealing with the trafficking of narcotics. Cooperation was agreed to be developed through the creation and consolidation of channels for the exchange of information, as well as through the application of the best models followed by these police in the fight against drug trafficking.

During the meeting, the Director General of the State Police and the head of the delegation, the Head of the National Anti-Narcotics Board of the Republic of Indonesia Mr. Petrus R. Golose, expressed the willingness of the 2 organizations to cooperate for common battles, to finalize operations with global impact, as well as to guarantee public safety for the citizens of both countries.

The State Police and the National Anti-Narcotics Board of the Republic of Indonesia shared the same stance against narcotics.

At the end of the visit, the Director General, through a documentary, familiarized the members of the delegation with the history of the Albanian State Police, with the principles on which it is organized and functions today, as well as with the results of this year, in the daily struggle against criminal phenomena.
