The municipality of Tirana is making the final preparations for the start of the new school year in September. Mayor Erion Veliaj said that after 50 new schools opened in Tirana, this year the package with 10 more new schools is ready. He invited parents to register their children in the new educational buildings, according to the rules also established for kindergartens and nurseries, so that there is no overcrowding.

"I want to inform all citizens that we are preparing for the beginning of the school season.
