The Special Appeal will decide on August 29, about the fate of businessman Pëllumb Gjoka, police officer Oltion Bistri and other arrested persons.

The decision follows the procedural stages of the arrival of evidence involving intercepted messages on the SKY ECC and Encro Chat applications analyzed by the French authorities.

At 10:00 a.m. on August 29, Appeals Judge Saida Dollani will decide on the requests of the arrested persons who request a change in security measures.

Operation "Metamorphosis" was carried out after the decoding of the "EncroChat" and "SKY" applications of a phone seized by the French side.

So far, 8 people have been arrested, while 9 others are still being sought, among them Behar Bajri./ CNA
