The moment of arrest

A 23-year-old man has fallen into the hands of the police after he is accused of trying to kill a 41-year-old man with a firearm and threatening the son of this citizen, due to a conflict between them, which happened on 10.08.2023.

The 23-year-old man with the initials MD fell into the hands of the police, and the materials were referred to the Prosecutor's Office, where the proceedings began in free status, for his brother, citizen Dh. D., 20 years old, both residents of Korça.

From the in-depth investigative actions, it was found that the MD citizen, in cooperation with his brother and the MS citizen (arrested by the Police on 11.08.2023), threatened the FR citizens, 41 years old and FR, 22 years old (father and son ), due to a conflict between them. Also, it is suspected that during this conflict, the handcuffed citizen, MD fired a firearm at the 41-year-old. No citizens were injured in the shooting.

The procedural materials were passed to the Prosecution at the Court of First Instance of the Korça General Jurisdiction, for further actions./ CNA
