Balla says that the Police should not tolerate "arrogant violators" of traffic rules under any circumstances.

"I will continue to say that as the Minister of the Interior, I am not happy about the "successes" of fines, but the citizens' feeling that the rules must be implemented, not because there is a policeman behind the turn or traffic lights, but because this is how we protect everyone's lives. But I believe that I share the same opinion with most of you that the Police should not tolerate in any case "arrogant violators" of traffic rules", writes Balla on social networks.
