In a post on social networks, Prime Minister Edi Rama shared images from his visit to Shpirag.

He says that the important discovery carried out 6.1 km deep in the oil-bearing soil, carries with it the great promise of extracting a significant wealth for Albania and Albanians.

It also informs that work is being done on the project of the Sovereign Fund that will administer this great national wealth, starting from the careful study of world practices in the field, such as the sovereign funds of Norway, Saudi Arabia, Azerbaijan and so on.
