One person has been put in police custody, while three others are wanted.

Thanks to the coded police operation "Mali i quq", the citizen MS, a resident of Shkretë village, was arrested and the citizens SS, 22 years old, AS, 20 years old and AS, 41 years old, all three residents of Shkretë village, were declared wanted.

These persons cultivated narcotic plants in the village of Shkret, near the residence of citizen MS

During the search in this residence, the Police services found and seized as material evidence 1 Kalashnikov firearm, 21 offensive combat grenades, 17 defensive combat grenades, 40 unifying grenade igniters and 5.2 kg of suspected cannabis narcotics.  

From the investigative actions, it is suspected that these citizens are the authors of the cultivation of 320 narcotic plants, found and destroyed previously by the Police.  

The work continues for the capture of the 3 wanted citizens.

The materials were passed to the Prosecutor's Office at the Court of First Instance of the General Jurisdiction in Tirana, for further procedural actions./ CNA
