Law for the Academy of Sciences/ Artan Fuga: President Begaj failed

Academician Artan Fuga for the umpteenth time in a row has reacted in relation to the law for the Academy of Sciences, saying that President Bajram Begaj was conformist with this law and that he "chose to act, by not acting".

Through a reaction on social networks, Fuga states that President Begaj "neither performed his duty, nor exercised his right" as he did not declare the law valid but did not return it to the Assembly for review.

"The president chose to act by not acting!

1-Bajram Begaj, President of the Republic, today chose not to carry out his duty assigned by the Constitution, to declare valid the law signed by MP Petro Koçi for the elections in the Academy of Sciences,

nor exercise his right to return this law to the Parliament of Albania for review.

So he neither performed his duty, nor exercised his right,

but according to what the absurd article 84 of the Constitution allows, he did nothing!

He acted on his inaction!

Let pass a law that has not judged that it was a worthy, fair law to announce!

It was a test of faith! But that failed.
