A video has been made public showing the moment when a car with hellish speed ended up near the Artificial Lake in Tirana.

The video was published by the Mayor of Tirana Erion Veliaj.

Veliaj says that the police have collected the evidence and will seek the maximum punishment for the driver.

"Now everything is back to normal, but the infernal speed of the driver (not the car - because the car has no decision-making in madness) that ended up on the lake dam, endangers the citizens but also the player himself who only the curb saved him from drowning in The lake! Together with the State Police, we have gathered the evidence and we demand the maximum penalty for the driver who is already wanted - zero tolerance for those who threaten life and coexistence in the city!"
