The court of Durrës has set the security measure "obligation to appear" for the grandmother of the 3-year-old boy, who kidnapped the grandson together with her husband.

The grandparents in Durrës kidnapped their grandson after a routine visit and refused to hand him over to their ex-daughter-in-law.

The case was reported to the media on April 16 by the mother of the 3-year-old.

The authorities immediately took measures, where the grandfather of the three-year-old and one of the grandmother's brothers were arrested, while the grandmother and one of her brothers were wanted.

The grandfather said that he did not know where the child was, while the grandmother had left with the child from the house in Durrës, to her hometown in Krumë.
