The Chairperson of the High Prosecutorial Council, Mirela Bogdani, is reporting to the Parliament on the institution's activities for 2024.
She stated that the Council for 2024 has made three promotions, two reappointments and 8 transfers of prosecutors. She added that the KLP has also filled SPAK vacancies with three prosecutors.
"The Council for 2024 has carried out three promotions, two reappointments and 8 transfers of prosecutors with consent to other prosecutorial offices to balance the workload. We have carried out several command processes, in the "Magistrate" school, in the Council the command process for a magistrate in the ILD for 2024 has also begun, which was finalized in 2025. Regarding promotions, we have filled the SPAK vacancies with three prosecutors, currently the total number is 20", said Bogdani. /CNA
