Former MP Nard Ndoka, invited to a television studio, declared that he had accused the leader of the Democratic Party and said that he himself had destroyed the Constitution and now they are looking for a President over the parties for the elections. Ndoka said that Berisha is to blame for the losses.

"Today they ask the president to be above the parties, when the DP itself has destroyed the Constitution. The president is a party. This is gangrene because Berisha himself and the DP and his specialists, that Berisha is to blame, none of these other scoundrels, because there are as many as you want there," said Ndoka.

Ndoka said that the opposition also lost its bastion Shkodra and with the current Electoral Code, the DP will never win because the SP starts the race with 13 mandates plus.
