Despite being a bit long-winded, the line of defense spread yesterday by Erion Veliaj's foreign advisors was that the latter is the victim of a scenario to dismiss him as mayor of Tirana. According to that line of defense, the ultimate goal of the scenario was to dismiss Veliaj as mayor.

The means used to achieve the goal was imprisonment. So, they put Erion Veliaj in prison so they could remove him as mayor.

This scenario is described by expensive defenders as political persecution. But since they started it, they should say who and why Veliaj needed to be removed as mayor of Tirana. Because the goal, according to them, was to remove Veliaj from the municipality. That's what they say!

 

But when did it arise, why and with whom did the conflict take place?

And the conflict must have been very big until they all came together to remove him as mayor. That is, in a scenario drawn up in advance, in unison and with a work program where everyone had a clear role, all of SPAK, GKKKO, the Municipal Council, the Prime Minister and the President came together to remove Enion Veliaj from the municipality.

And to make the dismissal possible, they put him in prison. Don't laugh! That's what Veliaj's external advisors say.

Are they saying that being imprisoned is sufficient reason to justify dismissal?

While external defenders write that this entire structured political-magistral organization found a means to achieve administrative dismissal, criminal prison, then they are saying that the means was chosen precisely to justify the dismissal.

So, the prison justified the dismissal! This grotesque scenario was circulated as a precursor to the hearing at the Constitutional Court.

But prison cannot be discussed in the Constitutional Court. Even less can an assessment be made of this scenario that may make Veliaj enthusiastic, but is hardly "acceptable".

Someone needs to explain to these external advisors of Veliaj what the Constitutional Court in Albania is dealing with, because they seem to be planning to ask the Constitutional Court to release Veliaj from prison. Because prison justifies dismissal. But if the prison falls, the dismissal falls too.

These expensive Americans just a few days ago got confused with their own papers and seem a bit like taffeta-bafta in this service they provide to Veliaj.

So when they requested Veliaj's release from prison in the Supreme Court, they argued that Veliaj "should have been released from prison because he was dismissed."

On the same day, they were filing a request with the Constitutional Court to overturn the dismissal as unconstitutional!

In the Constitutional Court, they are seeking the invalidity of the dismissal as unconstitutional and on the same day they distribute a material where they treat the dismissal as a NETFLIX movie script.

Political thriller they say!

But even this is how the bosses have put it up for sale, because they haven't bothered to detail anything more.

Jurisprudence is made and developed within the respective legal culture.

Therefore, an American cannot advise in a legal culture diametrically opposed to what the average American knows and has studied. Even more so when the American is an expert in commercial law and develops case law in public administrative law of the highest level, up to constitutional law.

When an American tries to practice law in Albania, he produces scripts for Netflix. And you don't even get tired of embroidering it when you have it for sale without even writing it.

Then when you're used to seeing yourself as a Netflix character, that's how you experience reality. So the only one who can buy this script is Erion Veliaj.

The only conclusion is that 8 months were not enough for Erion Veliaj. He will probably need a year to understand what happened to him.
