They stole 4.7 million euros through the Call Center/ GJKKO sentences 16 people

The Special Court has convicted 16 people accused by SPAK for "Computer Fraud", committed in the form of a structured criminal group, as well as for "Structured Criminal Group".

The trial was conducted in a summary procedure, while the panel of judges Flojera Davidhi, Irena Gjoka and Erjon Bani announced decision no. 66, dated October 27, 2025.

Defendants Bruno Çobo, Elisa Çaçi (Caci), Gilbert Palushani, Aldo Pasku, Bruno Gjika, Rezarta Ibrahimi (Çaçi), Valbona Abedinaj, Erion Kastrati, Orland Cani, Florjan Bregu, Hamit Dobi, Greta Gjoci (Pepa), Gjin Shelnishta, Antoneta Malo (Pepkolaj), Silvana Veliu and Mojsi Zuna defrauded Italian citizens through the Call Center and are accused of causing them damage worth 4.7 million euros.

Bruno Çobo was sentenced to 8 years in prison, Elisa Çaçi (Caci) and Gilbert Palushani were each sentenced to 7 years and 4 months in prison, Aldo Pasku, Bruno Gjika, Rezarta Ibrahimi (Çaçi), Valbona Abedinaj, Erion Kastrati, Orland Cani, Florjan Bregu, Hamit Dobi, Greta Gjoci (Pepa), Gjin Shelnishta, Antoneta Malo (Pepkolaj), Silvana Veliu and Mojsi Zuna received sentences ranging from 6 years and 8 months to 7 years and 4 months in prison.
