SPAK Head Altin Dumani stated to students at Eqrem Çabej University in Gjirokastër that an important achievement of SPAK has been to crack down on organized criminal groups through complex financial and international investigations, using modern investigative tools, including the pursuit of illegally obtained assets.
Dumani emphasized that, through the decisions of the Special Court and large-scale asset seizures, including cryptocurrencies, SPAK has gained public trust, one of the most important elements of the functioning of justice.

Among other things, Dumani underlined that SPAK is an example that shows that change is possible. The head of SPAK added that this institution was built by Albanian prosecutors and investigators, people of this country, who have chosen to work with dedication, away from any influence.
