Competition for SPAK financial investigators/ List of 10 candidates for 4 vacant

The Special Prosecution Office published this Tuesday the results from the third phase of the competition for financial investigators. 

This phase was attended by 10 qualified candidates from the previous two phases, who were evaluated by the Selection Committee according to the respective points.

Based on the announcement published by SPAK, the Financial Investigator Selection Commission, established by Order of the Head of the Special Prosecution Office No. 36260, dated 10.10.2025, conducted the third phase, that of the structured oral interview, for 4 (four) positions for Financial Investigator, in the Financial Investigation Sector on 23.10.2025.

On 24.10.2025, the Selection Committee made the final scoring of the three phases and compiled the list with the ranking of candidates starting from the candidate with the highest score, reflected in the table below:

After the end of the appeal period, set out in Regulation No. 248, dated 27.04.2022 "On setting the rules for organizing the competition procedure and appointment of investigators of the Financial Investigation Sector, in the Special Prosecutor's Office", candidates who have collected a minimum of 70 points will be subject to the verification phase of their identity and declaration of assets, in accordance with Article 6 of Law No. 95/2016 "On the organization and functioning of institutions to combat corruption and organized crime", as amended, according to a second announcement from the Special Prosecutor's Office. /CNA
