The Constitutional Court has confirmed that Erion Veliaj has requested to be present at the October 31 session, which will be held at 10:00. 

The Constitutional Court has notified the Prisons Directorate and SPAK of the time and date of the hearing, as well as taking measures to accompany Veliaj to the hearing.

"The Constitutional Court on 09.10.2025 notified the applicant Erion Veliaj of the date and time of the public plenary session on 31.10.2025. Also, the Constitutional Court on 13.10.2025, notified the General Directorate of Prisons, informing it of the date and time of the public plenary session, as well as taking measures to accompany Mr. Erion Veliaj to the public plenary session in case he expressed his willingness to participate in person in the trial. Subsequently, on 20.10.2025, after the applicant expressed his will, the Court also notified the Special Prosecutor's Office against Corruption and Organized Crime regarding the above," the announcement states./ CNA
