The head of the Municipality of Tirana, Erion Veliaj, appeared this morning at SPAK. When he entered SPAK, there were dozens of random citizens in front of this building.

The latter have not spared insults and insults to the head of the municipality, calling him a thief, criminal and garbage. 

Meanwhile, the presence of Klevis Balli in front of SPAK was reported in the media. But we specify here that in the Criminal Court of Tirana, alongside the SPAK, security measures are being developed for some young people arrested in the opposition protest, and for this the former deputy is present. 

So, the citizens were not organized by the opposition, but were random. 

Veliaj appeared at 9:00 am at SPAK, an hour before the summons. 

He has been waiting for an hour in the lobby of SPAK to be questioned about the affairs in Tirana Municipality, such as the incinerators and the "5D" affair. 

In front of the SPAK today, among the operators, journalists and citizens were some civilians from the Municipal Police and the security people of Veliaj. /CNA
