In the "Te Paespozuarit" show, analyst Neritan Sejamini said that the scheme used in the Municipality of Tirana is a scheme of stealing votes to keep power and to rob. 

He said that Mayor Veliaj is a liar and has always shown a lack of dignity and intelligence. 

Sejamini emphasized that Veliaj should become a symbol and the test for SPAK is the test for the reform in justice, which should treat him like other mayors or like Arben Ahmetajn.

The analyst added that Veliaj has turned himself into a joke. 

"Veliaj lies with lies that no child eats. It shows lack of dignity, lack of integrity, lack of intelligence. He has made himself ridiculous, the establishment. If you lied about this, how many lies about the jobs in the municipality? In my eyes nothing he says is to be believed. Whether SPAK closes this matter is another matter. The scheme used in the municipality is a vote-stealing scheme. It is a scheme to keep power, to rob. This scheme is in every institution, in every ministry. Power is held by stealing the vote. We have degradation of public administration. We also have the ministries, the Ministry of Environment with the incinerator scandal, the municipalities from Kukësi, Lushnjë and Tirana. These people bury public service. I agree that Veliaj should become a symbol and proof for SPAK, it is the test for justice reform. If you don't treat him like the mayor of Lushnja or Ahmetaj who investigated everyone, from his wife, ex-wife, parents and children, the reform is a failure. We must put positive pressure on SPAK. Even if you put Veliaj in prison today, Albania's problems will not be solved", said Sejamini./CNA
