"Blue Borgo" Project/ Gener 2 Company Reacts: Every step is

The Gener 2 company has reacted regarding the "Blue Borgo" project that will be developed in the Velipoja area near Rana e Hedhun.

Project which has started development by "Aba Blue Borgo".

In its response, the Gener 2 company explains that the project is in compliance with all legal acts in force in the Republic of Albania.

The company states that every step of the project is accompanied by complete technical, legal and environmental documentation.

The Gener 2 company clarifies once again that the "Blue Borgo" project, which has begun to be developed by the company "Aba Blue Borgo" sh.pk near Rana e Hedhun, in the Velipoja area, is in full compliance with all legal and by-laws in force of the Republic of Albania.

Following the official release of the construction permit, we would like to inform you that from the moment of the project's conception until obtaining the final construction permit in December 2025, the company has rigorously and transparently followed every procedure provided for by Albanian legislation, without any problems or legal disputes at any stage of the process.

All competent institutions have expressed their positive views on the project, while each step has been accompanied by complete technical, legal and environmental documentation, including public hearings with the residents of the area.

Gener 2 guarantees that throughout this process, no property rights of anyone have been violated, no legitimate interests of third parties who document and prove their claims have been violated, and the project has been based only on final decisions, certified at all levels of the judiciary.

Any other claim or interpretation regarding the legality of the "Blue Borgo" project, after the disclosure of the construction permit, is undocumented, speculative and misinforming, intentionally or unintentionally creating a false perception in public opinion.

The Gener 2 company remains determined to continue the implementation of the "Blue Borgo" project within the foreseen deadlines, with the highest contemporary standards of construction and sustainable development, in full respect of the law, making this project an important tourist station in the area.
