Under investigation for hacking SPAK files/ Agim Ismaili appears in the Special

Former Prison Director Agim Ismaili, involved in the scandal of hacking the Special Prosecution's investigative files, appeared today at the Criminal Court.

Ismaili has been indicted as part of a structured criminal group by SPAK for stealing files from the Special Prosecution Office.

He is accused of the criminal offenses "Illegal interception of computer data", committed in the special form of cooperation, that of a structured criminal group, "Structured criminal group", "Commitment of criminal offenses by a criminal organization and a structured criminal group".

We recall that in January, SPAK closed the investigations and sent Ismail, former IMT employee Arnold Rrokaj, and former Vlora prison official Zambak Gjoni to trial.

The SPAK announcement stated that Arnold Rrokaj unauthorizedly accessed SPAK investigative materials, some of which were illegally sent to Zambak Gjoni and Agim Ismaili. The latter two then distributed the materials to third parties.  /CNA
