The Special Court of Appeal has partially accepted the complaint of the Director of Cyber ??Crime at the State Police, Ervina Gjana, regarding the seizure of personal belongings.

In the GJKKO Appeals announcement to the media, it is announced that the decision was made by Judge Florjan Kalaja.

"The Special Court of Appeal for Corruption and Organized Crime, with a monocratic panel composed of judge Florjan Kalaja, today on 05.02.2026, disposed of criminal case no. 40 act, date 27.01.2026 registration, registered on the appeal of the appellant E.Gj: "Appeal against decision no. 834, date 30.12.2025, of the Special Court of First Instance for Corruption and Organized Crime, with the subject: Request for verification of the legality of the execution of decision no. 812, dated 15.12.2025, on allowing personal and place searches, regarding the seizure of personal belongings of a third person, as well as the return of items seized without legal basis", partially accepting the appeal of Ms. E.Gj, amended decision no. 834, dated 30.12.2025 of the Special Court of First Instance for Corruption and Organized Crime. It also ordered the prohibition of the publication or disclosure of this decision until the closure of the preliminary investigations, in accordance with Article 103 of the Code of Criminal Procedure", states the notice of Appeal of the GJKKO.
