The Special Court of Appeal for Corruption and Organized Crime, with a monocratic panel composed of Judge Florjan Kalaja, today, on 05.02.2026, ruled on
criminal case no. 4 act, dated 27.01.2026 registration, on the appeal of the appellants MK, HD,
EI, R.Rr, AP, GH: “- Appeal against decision no. 125, dated 15.12.2025, of the
Special Court of First Instance for Corruption and Organized Crime, with the object: Assigning
a personal security measure. – Appeal against decision no. 131, dated 18.12.2025, of the
Special Court of First Instance for Corruption and Organized Crime, with the object:
Verification of the conditions and criteria for assigning a coercive personal security measure
for the persons under investigation MK, HD, EI, R.Rr, AP, GH”, approving decision no. 125, dated
15.12.2025 of the Special Court of First Instance for Corruption and
Organized Crime, regarding the dispositions against Ms. HD, Mr. EI, Mr. GH, Ms. MK, Mr. AP and Mr.
R.Rr and decision no. 131, dated 18.12.2025 of the Special Court of First Instance for
Corruption and Organized Crime. It also ordered the prohibition of the publication or
disclosure of this decision until the closure of the preliminary investigations, in accordance with Article 103 of the Code of Criminal
