"I was harmed by a criminal act, an event that occurred in 2017 and 2018. I have a business for 25 years, in the field of vehicles. In 2017 there was an attempt to destroy property, the case was not discovered, in 2018 there was an attempt to completely destroy the business. In Bradashesh, Elbasan.

I started it in 2003 as a business and step by step I opened 4 businesses. In 2013 I opened a fixed base where I continue today, even after the destruction. Before I started this business, I lived abroad, then I came back. I also ran other businesses. I have been to France, Germany and Switzerland, I have always dealt with vehicles. I am known in the city for this work alone.

Kile further stated that he neither knew Nuredin Duman nor had he ever heard of him.

He stated that in 2018, Nuredin Dumani had planned an assassination attempt on him, but it failed because Dumani was injured and then arrested. Kila further added that on the day of Nuredin Dumani's injury and arrest, he was in Germany with his family.

He also stated that he had conflicts with Florenc Çapjan, while he had known Suel Çela since childhood, as according to him, their houses were opposite each other.

"I have never had a conflict with anyone. Since 2018, I have neither a guard nor a private police officer, nothing. I did not suspect anyone. The day I found out that they had come to kill me, that day I left at 7 in the morning. I learned about the news that a person, Nuredin Dumani, had been injured and had been arrested.

At that time I was with my family, I flew out to Germany. Then I came back by car. At that time they told me that I was the target, I didn't believe it to be honest. After two months the news came out that the assassination was for me. The police also told me that there was talk that it was done for me. I didn't know Nuredin Duman, I had never heard of him. I didn't connect this case with myself. My family asked me if I had any problems, then they realized that I really have no connection with any of them. I didn't ask what happened and my family asked me to go out. I told my family if they had anything to say, let them come because I'm not afraid.

I wasn't careful at all, I only had small conflicts without interest. No other conflicts. I was also asked by the police about this incident. I was waiting for the truth to come out. I didn't learn anything. I was being talked about a lot and I wanted to find out something. When I was arrested, I asked to be alone. There were several people in custody who were known to me.

Ardjan Çapja's nephew was in custody, he is no longer alive. He was killed. He was in conflict with Fadil Mema. I had a conflict with Florenc Çapja. I have known Suel Çela since childhood. I had a working relationship with Suel Çela, I had a work relationship with his brother and his father. We were neighbors, next door.
