IKMT action on the Hani i Hotit-Shkodër axis / Public spaces are being

IKMT has launched an action to demolish buildings on the main axis from Hani Hoti to Shkodra to make it possible to clear this category C road.

According to a recent government decision, main road axes must have a minimum of 6 meters of free space on each side and all objects within this distance must be removed.

Initially, IKMT identified approximately 400 objects in total on the main road axes from Hani Hotit-Shkodër and Shkodër-Paçram on the national axis connecting Lezha and Tirana.
According to sources, approximately 350 objects have been voluntarily removed, ranging from shops to the fences of houses or various buildings.

There are now approximately 50 buildings left for which IKMT has decisions and is executing them as it has launched the action for their demolition.

Initially, the fadromas are located near Hani i Hoti, while the removal of these objects will continue throughout this main road axis, and then continue to the next national segment, Shkodër-Paçram.
