Today, the Economy Committee meeting discussed the draft budget for 2026. During the meeting, Together Movement MP Redi Muçi asked Economy Minister Petrit Malaj whether pensioners will benefit from the year-end bonus this year.
Malaj said that this is not in the 2026 budget draft but will depend on economic growth.
"Depending on economic growth, we will decide whether to give a year-end bonus in 2026. It is not foreseen in the draft budget, but with a normative act, depending on economic growth, we will give the bonus," said Malaj./ CNA
