Klodiana Lala challenges Berisha: SPAK's subpoena has been sent to three

Journalist Klodiana Lala stated that SPAK's subpoena was sent to three addresses to DP leader Sali Berisha. Invited to the show Të Paekspozuarit with Ylli Rakipi, the journalist stated that the document made public is dated November 7.

"I cannot give an answer why Mr. Berisha said that he does not have a subpoena because the document that was made public is dated November 7. They were addressed to Mr. Berisha at three addresses. In this regard, he received the subpoena from SPAK," said the journalist. 

Regarding the investigations for January 21, the journalist said that an investigation is underway into who gave the order to shoot at the protesters.

"It is being investigated who gave the order for the January 21 event. SPAK's focus is on the fact who was the person who ordered the guard to shoot at the January 21 protest. Basha has been questioned, Berisha will be questioned, the organizers will be called and questioned as well."

I have no information that a leaflet has been signed in their address, that is, for Prime Minister Rama and other SP officials who are the organizers of the protest.

As for the person who ordered it, it will be very difficult to find out.

It is an event that requires a lot of evidence. As for the executioners, it can go in this direction. The bullet that was found in Aleks Nika's body has been handed over to the prosecution. The investigations will have to show us where the prosecution will focus.

If they remain at the level of guards, they will remain at the level of executioner.

"That it is a state murder because it is a fact that it happened in front of the prime minister's office. All the facts make it a state murder," said journalist Klodiana Lala.
