This Tuesday at noon, a plenary session will be held at the Constitutional Court regarding Judge Naureda Llagami.

"Abolition of decision no. 80-25-3411, dated 13.10.2025, of the Administrative Court of First Instance of Tirana and return of the case for retrial to this court with another judicial body; or in alternative search if the Constitutional Court considers that it has jurisdiction to resolve this dispute; Abolition of the decision of the Special Meeting of Judges of the High Court no. 2, dated 30.09.2025. Declaration of the voting result for the candidate Naureda Llagami with 9 votes in her favor, declaring her the winner for the vacancy created in the Constitutional Court.
