Përmes një statusi në rrjetet sociale, Karamuço shprehet se kjo listë duhet të bëhet publike dhe të mos mbahet sekret se përndryshe nuk ka asnjë vlerë.
Sipas tij mbajtja sekret e emrave non grata është një politikë e gabuar e britanikëve.
