Paying 35 million euros a year for cleaning and incineration, Veliaj collects

It is already a fact. CNA has often said that the mayor Erion Veliaj pays about 35 million euros per year for cleaning, evacuation of waste from the capital, landfill and incineration. (read here)

Why should Erion Veliaj pay another 25 million euros for the cleaning of the capital? Tirana's cleaning companies don't do the job? Does the mayor take punitive measures against them? This is another theft and very blatant. If you pay to clean the city, the companies clean it. If you pay for landfill and incineration, companies take the waste there, landfill it and incinerate it.
