Olta Xhaçka, the foreign minister of Albania, is being investigated by the SPAK for the army property scandals.

But as the investigations continue, the Foreign Minister is faced with three facts that make it a "refuge" for criminals and drug traffickers.

Olta Xhaçka hired Nuredin Duman's sister in the Foreign Ministry

The first fact is the employment of Nuredin Duman's sister in the Foreign Ministry. CNA published with documents in June 2022 the scandal involving Olta Xhaçka.

The sister of contract killer Nuredin Dumani, Xhuljana Dumani, was employed in a special facility where confidential information of NATO and international partners passes. In addition, it was awarded the NATO security certificate.

The Foreign Ministry at that time was quick to react and justify itself for this scandal. At first he denied it, but then, when he was faced with the facts and documents, he accepted the employment of Xhuljana Duman.

Xhaçka's ex-adviser wanted internationally for fraud

The second fact is related to Amant Josif, Xhaçka's advisor during the time she headed the Ministry of Defense.

The former adviser to the minister is an internationally wanted person, who was involved in a 24 billion euro fraud scheme through "Call Centers".

From the SPAK investigations, in cooperation with Eurojust and Europol, it appears that the 33-year-old businessman, former partner of Olsi Rama, was the owner of 6 telephone fraud centers in Albania connected to the company 'Milton Group'. Moreover, it was reported in the media that Xhaçka gave Josif the diplomatic rank of "Second Secretary".

And the third fact has to do with the accusations raised today by the DP spokesperson, Floriana Garo. In a press statement, Garo said that the Foreign Minister, Olta Xhaçka, has appointed Second Secretary at the Albanian Consulate in Istanbul, Juna Harkë.

She stated that Harka has not worked even a day in diplomacy and moreover, she is the wife of the Turkish citizen Ramazan Keskin, who is the head of a criminal organization active in drug-trafficking.

There is a European arrest warrant for the husband of Xhaçka's diplomat since 2020. At the beginning of February this year, two weeks before Juna Harka was appointed in Istanbul, SPAK seized her husband's assets in Albania . And yet this did not stop the minister from giving him a diplomatic passport.

So these are three facts that implicate the Foreign Minister. Olta Xhaçka, despite being denounced in the media, does not speak, but turns "a deaf ear and a blind eye".

But the truth is only one, we have a minister who has hired sisters of drug traffickers and wives of criminals and had an adviser who is a fraudster who is wanted by SPAK today./ CNA.al
