Deputy Prime Minister Belinda Balluku, during the conference "Strategy of intelligent specialization in Albania S3", stated that the strategy of intelligent service will be one of the government's priorities.

According to Balluk, this will bring economic development and create a spirit of cooperation with business and other fields.

She emphasized that this will be the challenge of the coming years, to face the green and digital transition.

“Strategjia e shërbimit inteligjent do të jetë një prioritet. Qeveria e ka përqafuar këtë qasje të veçantë, duke besuar se na ofron zgjidhjen për të zhvilluar ekonominë në mënyrë inteligjente dhe për të krijuar frymë bashkëpunimi me biznesin.

Pas një periudhe post-COVID asnjë shtet nuk ka qenë imun nga goditja e pandemisë. Ka ardhur momenti që nga pësimet të nxjerrim mësim duhet të rriten kapacitetet e burimeve njerëzore për të përballuar sfidat.

Tashmë kemi një sërë sfidash deri në miratimin e kësaj strategjie, por sfida më të mëdha do të vijnë pas kësaj.

Implementimi shpeshherë bëhet i pamundur se na duhet të thyejmë disa barriera. Pavarësisht se krijojmë ligje të mira nuk arrijmë dot të implementojmë.

Sot kemi një metodologji që do ta bëjë implementimin më të lehtë.

Përveç implementimit kemi të tjera sfida.
