Sentenced to life imprisonment/ The Albanian "Gangster" is granted

Great Britain has granted anonymity to the Albanian citizen who was sentenced in the country to life imprisonment for committing serious crimes.

According to the Daily Mail , he arrived by boat in England, where he requested asylum to protect him from retaliation.

The Albanian national served a prison sentence for murder and 'other very serious offences' in Albania before arriving in Britain by boat. 

Pas arrestimit të tij, një gjykatës vendosi që identiteti i tij të fshihej nga publiku 'për hir të sigurisë', pasi  gansteri shqiptar pretendoi se ishte kërcënuar nga rivalët e bandave. 

Deputeti konservator David Morris tha për The Sun se vendimi i gjykatës "është një vendim i egër që tregon përbuzje për qytetarët britanikë".

Ndërkohë, deputeti konservator Philip Davies tha se zbulimi i identitetit dhe historisë kriminale të gansterit shqiptar ishte "qartësisht në interesin publik". 

Gjykatësi Nicholas Aldridge, 51 vjeç, nga ana tjetër u shpreh se asgjë nuk mund të publikohej që mund të identifikonte “drejtpërdrejt” kriminelin, duke përfshirë edhe veprat e tij kriminale të mëparshme. 

The Albanian's request for appeal was rejected and he remains in detention at an immigration center. The decision is awaited if the Albanian will be deported to Albania.
