The economic expert Pano Soko has shown what will happen to the Albanian state if it does not pay 110 million euros to the Italian businessman.

Soko stated that Francesco Becchetti will make the request to the Court of Administrative Appeals of Tirana.

If the request is rejected by the Administration, then Beccheti will start freezing all commercial assets, debts, or money from trade relations with foreign partners.

He further stated that Beccheti can ask the respective courts to recognize the Arbitration decision.

"In the beginning, he will make a request to the Court of Administrative Appeals in Tirana, if he rejects it, which has no chance since we are obliged to implement the decisions of this court, he starts what is called forum shopping; goes to all the countries that are members of ITSTI and submits the request for the freezing of commercial assets. It will track where we have commercial assets, debt or money from commercial relations with foreign partners and will ask the respective courts to recognize the Arbitration decision and will collect the entire amount", he said .

We remind you that Francesco Becchetti has won the arbitration case against the Albanian state, which now owes 110 million euros./ CNA.al
