For the incinerator, have new measures been set, that is, these days, for the Tirana incinerator?

Have these measures been implemented and where did their implementation fail?

And thirdly, today every Albanian citizen knows that this operation of the last few days was foiled. Are you investigating this debunking?

How is it possible that the TVS96 company of Artan Xhori and the partner of Carlo Bollinos, instead of being the object of the investigation, receives tenders in SPAK with the value of 99.9%?" asked Noka.

The head of SPAK, Altin Dumani, said that as far as the incinerators are concerned, they are matters under preliminary investigation and for which the necessary investigations are being carried out.
