The head of SPAK, Altin Dumani, while reporting to the Assembly on the work of the structure he leads, listed some of the problems of SPAK and BKH. 

He emphasized in his speech that there is currently a deficiency in the legal determination of the status of the SPAK prosecutor after the end of the mandate. 

Duman also raised the lack of referrals or denunciations to SPAK from public institutions as a concern. He further said that the addition of BKH investigators is very necessary. 

"The lack of legal determination of the status of the prosecutor after the end of the mandate, we have a lack of legal advisors. Addressing the increased burden according to point 8, article 178/b of the Constitution to the head of SPAK on the unfinished issues of the evaluation of magistrates after receiving powers of public commissioners.
