The head of SPAK, Altin Dumani, answered the questions of deputy Agron Shehaj, who asked the prosecutor if he thinks that Rama and Veliaj have no hand in the incinerator scandal and the 5D file.

Duman emphasized that there is no need for anyone's protection. The head of SPAK said that the red line for prosecutors is the evidence and the law.

Dumani said that the prosecutor is not allowed to express opinions but to collect evidence and act with procedural acts.

The head of SPAK said that everything has its time, the investigation requires the interaction of many institutions.

Agron Shehaj : I think that you are investigating the biggest scandals in Albania, without including the Prime Minister in the investigations, I do not believe that this credibility will continue to stand. Do you really think that the prime minister has no hand in the incinerator scandal?

Do you really think that the mayor of Tirana had no hand in the 5D scandal where you investigated and arrested a large part of the directors?

Altin Dumani : I don't need anyone's protection. My defense is the law, the Constitution and my personality.

Is there a red line? There is a red line that is the evidence and the law.
