Deputy Ina Zhupa has asked Dumani if ??he has started an investigation for the former minister Olta Xhaçka and President Bajram Begaj for the army properties given by concession.
"The properties of the army were given under concession, they affected national security, they are properties that are being investigated by SPAK. Duman did not respond, saying the matter is under investigation and could not provide more information.
