The head of SPAK, Altin Dumani, has presented to the Assembly the results of the Special Structure for 2023. He was asked by several opposition MPs about a number of issues. 

Deputy Flamur Noka asked Duman if the mayor Erion Veliaj is under investigation for the incinerators. Dumani said that he cannot give an answer, suggesting that he make a request for information.

He further clarified that this case is under preliminary investigation, as it is also complex, while the prosecutors are working. 

Flamur Noka : You are investigating the mega-affair of the incinerators. Albanians have seen that there are some high-level specialists before justice. For the Tirana incinerator, have new measures been set? Everyone knows the heads of affairs, but not you. Have the measures been implemented and where did their implementation fail? The last operation was debunked. Are you investigating? Is Erion Veliaj being investigated? Are there investigations into Veliaj's family members? Are you aware of transfers from abroad of 6 million euros, in the name of Veliaj's brother? Do you think that Veliaj as mayor damages the investigations about the incinerators, "5D" or the implication of his brother in the affair? Are companies in Cyprus and other countries being investigated? Why aren't the greenhouses and land in Sharre, related to the Tirana incinerator, seized? Is a company being investigated for breach of contract for respirators? He brought 5 respirators and not over 50, which he should have brought.

Altin Dumani : You are a predicate, make a request for information and as a predicate you will receive all the information. Regarding the Tirana incinerator, it is a matter under preliminary investigation and for which the necessary investigations are being carried out. SPAK is investigating the incinerators.
